David and his team did a fabulous job redoing and new roof in my Carolina room. I used to hate that room because of the heat and floods every time it rains. New roof screens and vinyl’s cleaned up looking like new. Now I can enjoy my room year round. No worries how hot the room will get. I was recommended by a neighbor here in South Creek as they had their room redone. The team was very thorough and made sure everything was done perfectly. Dave and his team built us a beautiful screen room. They created exactly what our concept drawings depicted. Its sturdy, well built, stylish, and we look forwards to years of enjoyment. His team are professional, fast, and efficient. Additionally, they built a vinyl garbage can enclosure. Definitely exceeded expectations. Additionally, I could not find a contractor in the Myrtle Beach area that would build me a screen room with a screen roof (i.e. a lanai). I knew I had to find someone with Florida roots, and Dave's extensive experience building these types of structures in Florida was perfect for what I wanted.

I had the pleasure of dealing with David and his team to do work at my house. I needed new screens and he also replaced my vinyl windows at the top with glass and it came out great. I would highly recommend him and his company for your all your back porch needs. I can't believe how great it looks.
