David and his team did a fabulous job redoing and new roof in my Carolina room. I used to hate that room because of the heat and floods every time it rains. New roof screens and vinyl’s cleaned up looking like new. Now I can enjoy my room year round. No worries how hot the room will get. I was recommended by a neighbor here in South Creek as they had their room redone. The team was very thorough and made sure everything was done perfectly. Back Porch Designs And Repairs was founded in 1986 with a simple idea: homeowners along the Grand Strand deserve a builder who shows up, listens, and does the work right. Since then, we have built screen rooms, sunrooms, pool enclosures, and outdoor living spaces for families across Myrtle Beach and the surrounding communities.
Every project runs through one person: David Heath. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in design and construction, David handles each job himself from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. You will never be handed off to a subcontractor or left wondering who is responsible for your project.
That one-point-of-contact approach matters more than most people realize. When the same person who designs your screen room also builds it, nothing gets lost in translation. David knows every detail of your project because he is the one doing it.
We serve homeowners and property owners throughout the Myrtle Beach area, including North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Longs, Murrells Inlet, Conway, Aynor, Florence, and Pawleys Island. Whether you are close to the coast or further inland, we bring the same level of care and craftsmanship to every address.
Our work covers screen and sunroom services, window solutions, pool enclosure service, and outdoor living and hardscape projects. From a simple screen repair to a full outdoor living build, we approach each job with the same attention to detail.
